Tri-County Roofing will put 3′ of ice and water shield around the base of the roof, followed by a syn-felt over the rest. No shingles will be installed on bare wood. This will provide a secondary protection from wind driven rain under the shingles.

Tri-County Roofing is also proud to say that we are a certified BP shingle installer. Without a certified installer, all warranties will be void. BP shingles are not only made in Canada, but also keep improving their products every year.
